Responsive documents to not show how majority woman owned businesses and/or those with WBE certification receive special consideration/priority for funding.

Please provide any records showing how woman owned businesses are prioritized in the application process and consideration for approval for funding. The public right to see women owned businesses treated with equity outweighs the need for secrecy.

Hello Edythe.  Please be advised that this program does not prioritize any
applicant.  The program specs and board memo do not state that there is a
priority for WBE applicants.  An applicant can self-identify, they do not
have to provide documentation they are certified as a WBE by the State.

This request is completed and closed.
