Wireless Agreements / letters / 5G
Dear Belmar Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) Lease agreements with wireless (cell) phone carriers to use municipal property (most recent)
2) Any revenue received for 2024, 2023, or 2022 for use of municipal property for wireless (cell) phone carriers.
3) A copy of the Verizon letter requesting 5G monopoles on municipal right of ways.
4) Contract with 5G consultant / legal attorney.
