The City of Salem received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request (OPRA
REQUEST #2022-08-11)

The following records are being provided in their entirety and are
responsive to your request.

Attached please find a copy of your original request and the response
documents.

Communications, material and documents regarding WIPA ad hoc Committee fall
under attorney client relations and are therefore cannot be released.

I can tell you that the only documents that were distributed to the
committee during this time was the response to the RFP for the financial
advisor that is attached.
