All records pertaining to an accident occurring on March 18, 2021, involving Norman Berlin, a resident of the Highlander Condo, 123 South Adelaide Ave., Highland Park NJ, wherein he fell from the lobby chair lift, including but not limited to police reports, first responder reports, building department reports, code enforcement reports, any investigation conducted by Borough agencies or departments, videos, photographs and/or correspondence regarding this accident.
