I received a quote for printing of the oversized prints in response to your OPRA Request for 105 Eastview Drive and attached for your reference.
Please respond to this email stating your agreement with the printing procedures listed below and the price of the Quote.
1. Write a check made payable to General Reproduction Products, Inc. for the amount on the quote attached to this email.
2. Mail the check to my attention, Carolyn George, Township of Mahwah, 475 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, NJ 07430.
3. Once I receive the check, I will bring the original documents to General Reproduction Products for reproduction.
4. Once the copies have been made, I will email you to inform you that the copies are ready for pick up at the Township Clerk’s Office, 475 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, NJ 07430. Please contact me at 201-529-5757, ext. 232 prior to arriving.
5. If you prefer to have the documents mailed, please provide a mailing address. The prints will be mailed via regular United States Postal Service.
