This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Please provide records/reports for the items listed below as they relate to Block 355 Lots 13, 14 and 15 Millville, NJ. Subject Block was previously known as Block 64 Lots 4, 5 and 6.
1. Current water well 6WP (People Water Company) connection to the properties.
2. Current sewer pipes leading from Lots 13 and 15 to septic distribution box located on E. Broad Street sidewalk.
3. Current hardened red plastic material located on sidewalk at E. Broad and Penn Street.
4. Work performed by Advance Machining Solutions at the E. Broad and Penn Street area from January 1, 1971 through December 31, 2022.
5. Current cesspool/cesspit located in the crawl space at Lot 15 facing E. Broad Street.
6. Current underground tank facing E. Broad Street.
7. Current wooden water pipe/fire plug located in crawl space at Lot 15 facing Penn Street.
8. Gene Babbits Garage contamination of E. Broad and Penn Street groundwater and soil.
