Dear Tracy Reale,
The subject property is 253 Tuckerton Rd Medford however there are two lots sounds this parcel and I am now getting more and more info apparently the homes do have a common driveway for the proposed building of two home directly behind 253 Tuckerton rd.
253 Tuckerton is for sale Is it possible to eliminate this easement over this parcel a buyer would not want trucks driving past his home on this common driveway for construction behind the home.
