Dear Somerset County Board of Elections,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form.

In the future, please send your OPRA request to the Records Custodian as
lised on the OPRA form. Sending it to any other department will delay a
response as by Statute, the time to reply does not begin until the day
AFTER the Records Custodian receives the request and does not include
weekends or holidays.
