Voter history for specific elections
Dear Middlesex County Board of Elections,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
The list of voters who voted in the following elections, in the Borough of South River:
June 4, 2019 Primary Election
July 7, 2020 Primary Election
June 8, 2021 Primary Election
June 7, 2022 Primary Election
Please include the method of voting, (in person, by mail, provisional, emergency, etc)
Excel spreadsheet format is acceptable.
Additionally, kindly provide the final version of the vote "Vote By Mail" spreadsheets for the listed elections, normally made available by request during the election.

Good Afternoon Mr. Byrne,
Attached please find the South River Primary Election Histories for 2019,
2020, 2021 and 2022.
These histories include all vote history including mail in ballots
received.
I am not certain what 'the final version of the vote "Vote By Mail"
spreadsheets for the listed elections, normally made available by request
during the election' is. I apologize for any inconvenience but I would
appreciate you clarifying this part of your request. As I stated, the
attached reports do include mail-in-ballots received.
The following codes will assist you in reading the report:
Voter Registration status codes.
"A" = Active Voter-
“AF” – Active Federal Only
"AD" = Active Need ID - means the voter did not provide ID when they
registered to vote and need to when they actually vote, they are still
Active voters.
"IF" = Inactive Voter - means these voters are Inactive and may have
moved and did not notify the Board of Elections of their current address.
Therefore, if you send mailings to "IF" voters it may come back
undeliverable.
"ID" = Inactive Need ID - means the voter did not provide ID when they
registered to vote and need to when they actually vote and they are
also Inactive and may have moved and did not notify the Board of Elections
of their current address. Therefore, if you send mailings to "ID" voters
it may come back undeliverable.
"P" = Pending - means the voter is in a Pending Status, all new voters to
into a Pending Status then Active Status after 2 weeks.
"P7" = Pending - 17 year old - means the voter registered when they were
17 and will not be 18 years old in 21 days.

<VOTE BY MAIL, CURE LETTER, EARLY VOTING, AND 2 HOUR TALLY LIST
Per N.J.S.A. 19:63-10(a), the Middlesex County Clerk’s Office is required to maintain a list, which is updated daily, of voters whose application for a Mail-In Ballot was approved and were sent their ballot, and per N.J.S.A. 19:63- 10(b), the Middlesex County Board of Elections is required to maintain a list of voters who have returned their voted mail-in ballot. These lists are available as a joint list named the “(Election) VBM List”. Additionally, per N.J.S.A. 19:15A-3, the Middlesex County Board of Elections is required to make available to the public a tally of the total number of voters, including their names, who have cast a ballot at each early voting location during the previous day. This is a separate list named “(Election) Early Voting List”.>
Each election I've had to electronically sign a request form for the password to this spreadsheet, to which Mr. Richard Christel replies with the password for the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is updated, posted and available for download daily on the referenced website beginning when the Vote By Mail ballots are sent,
and continuing until the election is certified.
To clarify, I am requesting the latest version of the above mentioned VOTE BY MAIL, CURE LETTER, EARLY VOTING lists, along with passwords for the 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Primary Elections.
I understand that there will be no early voting data for the elections conducted before the early voting law was adopted.

Thank you for clarifying your request.
