Videos of Edison Privatization Hearings

The request was partially successful.

Charlie Kratovil

Dear Edison Township,

Under OPRA and common law right of access, please provide copies of the produced video recording documenting the hearings conducted on the Suez water/sewer concession agreement on the following dates: March 28, 2019 and April 8, 2019.

I am aware these videos are sometimes available, though for not for download, at http://cablecast.edisonnj.org. However, there is a problem at the moment, either with that website and/or my internet connection. Nevertheless, I will require the videos be provided in electronic format so that they can truly be watched on demand. My preference is for an electronic file transfer using any service you prefer, such as Google Drive or WeTransfer.com. I am, of course, willing to work with you on this so please don't hesitate to contact me if I can be helpful in clarifying this request. I plan to be at tonight's Council meeting as well.

Yours faithfully,

Charlie Kratovil

Charlie,

I apologize I did not request the DVD from 4/8/19.
I just received it from Edison TV. Can you pick it up? Or would you prefer I mail it to you?

Thank you,
