Thank you for all your help, Is there a way to break down this rather large list to only vendors which have been used over the past 12 months? or are they all regularly used.

Per the Finance department they are unable to break down the report to a time frame.

Dear Connell, Maureen,
I thank you for your speedy response. I do understand this is not in your control this information, and I am not sure what system the township is running on. But the list I was given seemed to be all accounts payables, including persons, and all, not just vendors the township uses for their services. As well in the technology world we have today, it should be rather easy to run a vendor report based on yearly activity, or for a specific time period. but again I dont know the system used by the accounting department of the township.
