Copies of Brian McGuire’s relevant 18A:12-25 filings (2026 PERSONAL/RELATIVE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT) from 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Copies of Chartertech Board of Trustees meeting agendas and minutes authorizing the hiring of cosmetology services, approving the contract with Emma McGuire, and/or approving payment to Emma McGuire from July 1, 2024 to June 1, 2026..

Copy of the most recent Board of Trustees policies regarding vendor contracts and vendor licensing and insurance.
