Records requested: I request a complete copy of the Regional Jail Study between Cumberland. Salem, Burlington, Camden, and Atlantic counties by Vaughn Collaborative.
Also a copy of payments made to Vaughn Collaborative by the corresponding counties.
Any agreement, emails, correspondence, electronic messaging, fax, made between or by each county connected to the Regional Jail Study by Vaughn Collaborative.
