Dear Paterson City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I'm requesting to receive a list of current addresses within the town/city that have had their water (and/or energy) shut off within the past three months (March 1st - June 1st) of 2021.

I understand that the town/city is responsible for the turning on/off of the water supply to each address. According to the NJ Utilities Code, the addresses of said properties are public information and can be provided upon notice via an Open Public Records Request (OPRA).
