Applications submitted over the past 5 years for Use Variances and their current status, granted, denied or pending.

Dear Mr. Bayer,
We have received your OPRA request below. However, to copy all of the applications for the past 5 years would substantially disrupt agency operations due to the amount of documents that would have to be copied or scanned.
The Board of Adjustment however, does have a report that they create.
Please see the attached list of Variances for the year 2018 and let me know if that is acceptable for your needs. If so, I will have them send me the prior years as well.
