Dear Mr. Bayer,

We have received your OPRA request below. However, to copy all of the applications for the past 5 years would substantially disrupt agency operations due to the amount of documents that would have to be copied or scanned.

The Board of Adjustment however, does have a report that they create.

Please see the attached list of Variances for the year 2018 and let me know if that is acceptable for your needs. If so, I will have them send me the prior years as well.
