I have an immediate job offer with Amtrak starting this Monday, June 1st. Their corporate compliance team requires this narrative report to finalize my background clearance today. Please email the completed, unredacted report as a PDF directly to [email address] to prevent the loss of my employment. I am happy to email a copy of my driver's license immediately to confirm my identity.
