This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any new zoning permit requests, construction permit requests, zoning filings, construction permits granted, tree permits, & any documents received by the township relating to 222 Plainfield Rd. "New" meaning: anything filed or received after 9/8/2023 to today (2/5/2024).
Any and all documents, renderings, letters, email, correspondence received any individuals of the mayors office relating to 222 Plainfield Rd property, also since 9/8/2023 to 2/5/2024
Any emails from Mark Roshanski / American Dream Properties to/from Township staff, from 9/8/2023 to 2/5/2024
Any emails from Steven Tripp to/from Township staff, from 9/8/2023 to 2/5/2024
Any emails from Michael Lombardi to/from Township staff, from 9/8/2023 to 2/5/2024
Any and all legal filings received by or published by the township related to lawsuits for 222 Plainfield Road, from 9/8/2023 to 2/5/2024
