Uniform Construction Code (UCC) licensing and education
Dear New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Codes and Standards,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
1) I am requesting all records and information regarding Uniform Construction Code (UCC) licensing, education, and experience for Neal Sheppard - aka - Neal C. Sheppard (code enforcement and zoning officer for Greenwich Township, Cumberland County), including but not limited to all information on the aforementioned individual that is on file with NJ DCA’s division of codes and standards that maintains licensing and continuing education for Code Officials who enforce the Uniform Construction Code (UCC), Housing Code officials, and inspectors.
2) I am requesting all records and information regarding Uniform Construction Code (UCC) licensing, education, and experience for William White - aka - William C. White (Construction Official and zoning officer for Commercial Township, Cumberland County), including but not limited to all information on the aforementioned individual that is on file with NJ DCA’s division of codes and standards that maintains licensing and continuing education for Code Officials who enforce the Uniform Construction Code (UCC), Housing Code officials, and inspectors.
3) I am requesting all records and information regarding Uniform Construction Code (UCC) licensing, education, and experience for Daniel Chelius - aka - Daniel J. Chelius (code enforcement officer and housing inspector for Commercial Township, Cumberland County), including but not limited to all information on the aforementioned individual that is on file with NJ DCA’s division of codes and standards that maintains licensing and continuing education for Code Officials who enforce the Uniform Construction Code (UCC), Housing Code officials, and inspectors.

Also I wanted to let you know that that we only have information for
William C White. The other 2 individuals you have requested information
for are not in our system.
