This office is in receipt of your request for public records on the property referenced above. We will forward it to the Warren County Health Department to conduct a file search, along with the request you just sent in yesterday for the same property. (Hopefully we won't be getting another.) You may expect to hear from that department directly regarding any findings. However, those records will most likely be limited to data on septic systems and wells.

With regard to USTs, it is unlikely our County Health Department would have such records.
