Dear Township Tax Collector or whomever this concerns,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Tax surplus list, preferably in Excel format. Overages that have not been claimed from years 2014-2020. Tax lien sale/mortgage foreclosure auction sale surplus funds that have not been redeemed after auction. Non municipal lien master file list. PDF format is acceptable IF excel is unavailable.

With regard to your request for Tax lien sale/mortgage foreclosure auction sale surplus funds that have not been redeemed after auction and Non municipal lien master file list, please be advised that your request is denied as per NJSA 47:1A-1.1, no records exist. These would be records you would need to get from the County of Mercer.
With the remainder of your request, I await a response from our Tax Collector. Because our building is closed with the COVID Crisis and not all staff is able to work from home, I will need an extension on this request until May 1, 2020. I will respond to you again on or before that date.

With regard to the remainder of your OPRA requests, attached is a list of municipal liens that the Tax Collector has on file. If this is not what you were seeking, please clarify your request as we do not understand that you mean by Surplus lists and overages.
