Records requested:
Tax surplus list, preferably in Excel format. Overages that have not been claimed from years 2014-2020. Tax lien sale/mortgage foreclosure auction sale surplus funds that have not been redeemed after auction. Non municipal lien master file list. PDF format is acceptable IF excel is unavailable.

Your OPRA request was forwarded by the Township Clerk to the Certified Tax
Collector and here is her response:
There are some items on his request that I need him to be more specific.
I do not know what a tax surplus list is? I do not do foreclosure surplus
sales.
That would be handled in your office if we had a foreclosure on municipal
liens (which we have not, so no such item exists). With that specific
request he is asking for two different things (not clear) and finally the
non municipal lien master file list? I do not know what he is requesting.
Please request clarification.
Once you have made clear to us what official documents you are requesting,
we will be happy to re-review your request.
