N.J.S.A. 2C:28-3 when submitting an OPRA request.

Dear Records Custodian,

Pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.,
I am requesting copies of all training certificates, records, sign-in
sheets, or completion logs related to the following individuals, including
but not limited to required ethics training, land use training, public
official orientation, and departmental safety courses:
        1.      John Dwyer – Planning Board Alternate, planning board,
advisory committee, mayor appointed official.
        2.      Michael Murray – Planning Board alternate
        3.      Anthony Cocuzza – Mayor or Council Member
        4.      Ron Burkhart – director of DPW.
        5.      All DPW Employees – Including full-time and part-time
workers

Please include:
        •       Dates and titles of any completed trainings
        •       Proof of completion (certificates, confirmations, etc.)
        •       Instructor or provider name
        .        harassment training.
        •       Whether training was in-person or online
        •       Any documentation of non-compliance if applicable

If any records are redacted or unavailable, please provide the legal basis
for denial under OPRA. I prefer electronic delivery of the requested
documents via email.
