emergency under the Emergency Health Powers Act (N.J.S.A. 26:13-1 et
seq.), or when a state of local disaster emergency is declared by a county
or by a municipality.

New Jersey Municipal Document Retention regulations do not require the
retention of documents in the Mayor’s administrator file. Even if the
documents you seek were required to be retained, your document request is
well beyond any required retention period. Accordingly, the Township has
no documents responsive to your request.
