This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. Please provide a copy of any and all traffic studies, emails and correspondence in regard to the speed limit changes enacted in June 2020 on Ocean Blvd, Beach Ave and Atlantic avenue.

2. Please also provide a copy of the Traffic study and any correspondence with the police department regarding the installation of the stop sign at 68th street and Ocean Blvd and any correspondence regarding enforcement of the stop sign.

Good morning,

In response to your OPRA requests, please be advised that as a result of the Statewide and local emergencies relating to COVID-19, the deadline to respond has been extended past the seven (7) business day requirement. Nevertheless, the Township is in the process of reviewing your various requests and preparing a response. Please be further advised that in addition to the emergency-related delay, the Township requires additional time within which to respond due to the extensive scope or your requests and expects to have a response to you on or before July 22, 2020. Of course, should the Township require additional time past that date, the Township will advise.
