Dear Ms. Mulroy:
The Purchasing Dept. had no bid opening on January 26,
2021. In addition, the County would not bid for traffic
control services. Therefore, the County has no documents
responsive to your request.
This message hereby completes the County's response to
your request. Please be advised that if you feel this
response has not been appropriate, you have the right to
pursue a claim within 45 days with the Government Records
Council or by filing suit in the Superior Court of New
Jersey. However, if you have questions or concerns
regarding this response, please let me know and it will
be my pleasure to assist you.
