I’m sorry but this is a bill list.

I requested the Project Cost Audit for 4 pilot agreements, as outlined and required in their respective contracts with the City.

Please let me know if the City has those on file as the developers should’ve submitted their audits years ago per their contractual agreements

This is what I received from Dan last week-

This is the best I can do with regards to the total Project Cost Audit for
Woodmont.  I asked Bayside Cove (new owner) and our attorney who wrote the
Financial Agreement and neither of them had one.
