As per the new statute signed by Governor Murphy for OPRA,  the State now requires us as of 9/3/2024, that if you are submitting at OPRA via email or you are utilizing an old form that you need to certify the answers to the questions included on their State’s new OPRA form.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I am requesting access to records related to the number of households with septic systems in [Municipality Name].

Specifically, I am requesting:

1. The total number of residential properties that rely on septic systems and not connected to public sewage within the municipality. Septic is also known as Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS)
