Total number of home owners charged COAH Fee since inception of COAH.
Dear Edison Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Total number of residential home owners in Edison from whom COAH Fee was collected since inception of COAH and their addresses.
Total number of residential home owners in Edison who lived for more than 12 months in the same dwelling before obtaining demolition permit who were charged COAH Fee since inception of COAH and their addresses.
Total number public employee of Edison NJ who lived for more than 12 months in the same dwelling, before obtaining demolition permit who were charged COAH Fee since inception of COAH and their addresses.

Per CDBG:
1) Records are not kept reflecting homeowners that paid Developer’s Fees.
2) Records are not kept reflecting homeowners that lived for more than 12 months in the same dwelling before obtaining demolition permit that were charged Developer’s Fees.
3) Records are not kept reflecting the number of public employees of Edison that lived for more than 12 months in the same dwelling before obtaining demolition permit that were charged Developer’s Fees.
The manner in which these records were NOT kept is from the inception of COAH to this date.
