Dear New Jersey Department of Corrections,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Total number of EED complaints filed by employees of the NJDOC over the last 5 years.
I require the total EED complaints be broken down by Year, Facility and the final disposition of the complaint as either as substantiated or not substantiated
