After a thorough review of our records our IT department has determined
that the following emails exist between the Ocean County Health Department
and the Township of Toms River regarding the Toms River Animal Shelter for
the period covering 3/1/24 to the present date.

Additionally, attached please find a resolution regarding a lease
agreement.
