Good Morning!
I have received your OPRA request and am asking for an extension until October 30, 2020 as our Personnel Director Mollye O'Neill is out on vacation.

Sweeney, Lynn,

In regards to your OPRA request, here are the responses that I received back:

Director of Personnel, Mollye O'Neill stated, "I was unable to locate in my files any of the items requested."

Current Police Chief Richard Casamento said that all of the requested items would have been requested by and/or administered by then City Manager Jennifer Blumenthal at the time Lieutenant Reed was being considered for the Chief position." He has no such records in his possession.

Current City Manager James Bennett said that there is no "Tim Reed" file in his office. He also checked Jennifer Blumenthal's folder on the server and there was nothing in her files. City Manager Bennett added that Chief's don't submit a new application for the position. At most there is a letter of intent but no such letter could be found.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Respectfully,
Lynn Sweeney
