3. Key fob records for Municipal building located at 120 Filmore St.
4. Key fob records for Police headquarters
5. Town issued cellphone records, specifically phone calls made and received, text messages made and received and data accessed history.
6. Email inbox and outbox indicating sender, receiver, date, time and subject.

Good Afternoon Ms. Paulus,
Response to your Opra request from August 18, 2021 has been
created/gathered. Some of the documents required items to be
redacted/altered and could not be provided electronically. Everything
that we are able to provide has been printed and can be picked up from the
Clerk’s Office at your convenience, the cost for the printed materials is
$4.56.

I am unsure why none of the documents could be sent electronically. Can you please be more explicit why all of the documents had to be printed out and not sent in a pdf format as requested? Why couldn’t the documents be scanned after redacted and forwarded in a pdf?
I would also request clarification regarding the request for cellphone records. Why would ALL records be excluded due to “Public Safety” as you stated?
