Records requested:

All time records including time sheets or time cards showing hours worked, time off requests and approvals, schedule of daily hours to be worked for all of 2019 and January of 2020. I am also requesting the current labor contract covering Nelly Amato and/or her position with the Berkeley Town Schools.

Dear Laura Gingerelli,

Thank you for the requested records. Just to clarify, I see that all sign out times are blank after April 18, 2019 for employee Amato even though labor contract requires all employees to sign in and out daily and verify time sheet every 15 days. Is it blank because these sign out time records do not exist, or because employee has no sign out times logged.
