Records requested:
Please provide me the time card (time worked ) for employee Tina Smilek for Friday 4/8/2022
If not time card is available please provide me with the employees time in and out for the 4/8/2022

Please be advised that the Township does not have time cards and therefore no responsive records exist. As to the request for the “time in and out”, the request is denied as a request for “information” as opposed to identifiable government records is invalid under OPRA. See, e.g., James v. NJ Dep’t of Corrections, GRC Complaint No. 2009-283 (June 2010).
