Ms. Richmond,

Please be advised that the Township does not have time cards and therefore no responsive records exist. As to the request for the “time in and out”, the request is denied as a request for “information” as opposed to identifiable government records is invalid under OPRA. See, e.g., James v. NJ Dep’t of Corrections, GRC Complaint No. 2009-283 (June 2010).
