All fuel records for Bayville Fire Department vehicle utilized by Ken Andersen from January 1, 2016 to March 20, 2018. Include fuel dispensed, mileage of vehicle, and date and time of transaction.

Berkeley Township received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on March 21, 2018. The official Records Custodian, Beverly M. Carle received your OPRA request on March 21, 2018. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is April 2, 2018. This response to your request is being provided to you on the 2nd business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
As per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i).Berkeley Township is requesting an extension to respond to this request until April 10, 2018 because most of the documents are located in the basement and will take some time to retrieve and scan.

3. All fuel records for Bayville Fire Department vehicle utilized by Ken Andersen from January 1, 2016 to March 20, 2018 - 1700.
We believe the vehicles you referred to in your request are numbered 1700 and CE 1. Please be advised that the report we were able to run only went back to October of 2016, if we are able to pull records for January through September of 2016 we will do so and forward them as well. Additionally, all Township vehicles may be, and often are, used by various Township employees, regardless of who they are regularly assigned to.

These records are being transmitted to you via email as per your request. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the cost associated with this request is 0.00.
