Mug shot is exempt from disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9 and
Executive Orders 9(e) (Hughes), 69 (Whitman), and 21 (McGreevey), which
apply to "Fingerprint cards, plates and photographs and other similar
criminal investigation records which are required to be made, maintained
or kept by any State or local governmental agency."
Request for indictment and disposition is denied for lack of responsive
records.
