Who authorized and paid for the remote control airplane runway built behind public works department?The man hours and fuel cost to run millings from the county by the air park.Also it is illegal to knock down trees and also illegal to dump toxic millings in the Pinelands.Why were the tax payers not informed of this misappropriation of funds?
