Clarified Response
1) Any and all records for the direct employment of Luis Torres son of Michelle Espada
2) records of the llc he currently works for clean municipal building
3) any incidents that occurred during his direct employment that violated rules or accepted behavior.

The Town of Dover does not maintain records for a private company. I suggest contacting the company directly. With that being said, there are no records responsive to your OPRA Request.
