Dear Toms River Police Department,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:date of 3/23/20and 3/22/20
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if you contend that you are entitled to withhold from production any or all documents identified herein on the basis of attorney-client privilege or the work product doctrine or any other ground, then do the following with respect to each and every document:
1.All use-of-force reports
2. all officers statements
3. all incident reports
4. all officers reports
5. All audio recordings and dashboard cam recordings from approximately six Cruisers that were on scene 1868 Hooper Avenue.
6.All security camera footage and audio recordings from inside the Toms River Police Department.
7, All cad reports,
8.All internal affairs investigation reports. Lieutenant Delaney TRPD did the investigation.
9.Toms River police department's policy on MVR recordings and cataloging of recordings.
10.Tom River Police Departments Department policy full policy on all procedures including internal affairs procedures.
11.All photographs, films, video, or audio evidence regarding the matter being litigated in your possession, custody, and/or control.
