Please provide the ‘signed’ copy of the Certificate of Temporary Occupancy (TCO), for all properties located on all addresses listed here - 1, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 11, on 'Yehuda Way' in Lakewood (block 1081, regardless of lot number), currently or formerly owned by owned by 124 Locust Developers LLC.
The certificates should be the signed copy.
Please state the current status as of 5/2/2024 of the Certificate of Temporary Occupancy (TCO), expired or current.
If permitted, can you let me know if 'water meters' are required as a condition to receive a TCO.

Please provide any document that would provide me with any document that would provide the official policy on when a TCO may be issued and any document that that relates to the need, if indeed so, to have water meters installed in ordere to receive either a CO or TCO.

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 5/2/2024. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 5/13/2024. This response to
your request is being provided to you on the 3rd business day
after the custodian's receipt of said request.
The following records being provided are responsive to your
request:

In accordance with NJSA 47:1A-1.1 (personal exception) and Federal
Regulation, personal identifying information (tax ID numbers) has
not been provided.
This deems your request complete.
