Why cannot an OPRA request be completed in our district and have to email directly to district? The main reason why I opened an OPRA is to force the district to advise information as previous emails about other topics have been ignored for months…….

The Board of Education is a separate entity from the Municipality (Township). We are not saying your request will not be fulfilled, it just needs to sent to the correct location.

I am confused I marked the OPRA to Edison School District wondering if all my requests were sent to Township……. I opened 3 of them.
Based on your previous response it advised to email district not that this would be re-routed?
Do I have to email district then?
