Last 5 years of tax rate per $100 for borough and average property value in borough. This should be for 2016-2020, inclusive.

Attached please find information provided by the Tax Collector regarding
your recent OPRA request.

 

The information provided is the tax rate for the last 5 years, along with
a chart for the years 2015 – 2018 showing the assessed residential
property values.

This information is not yet available in that format for 2019 & 2020.  For
those years, the tax collector has provided the information from the tax
book showing the number

of residential properties and assessed value.
