In response to your below OPRA request:
The records requested are unavailable, they were destroyed by a mold infestation in 2009 at an off-site storage facility. Our Tax Collector's Office only has the Extended Tax Duplicates from 1993 and forward.
They suggested you reach out to the County Board of Taxation who may have the original record in their archives.
