I am looking for a list of properties that have been behind on their property taxes for two or more years. NOT a list with tax liens.

In response to the OPRA request, it does not make sense. If a property owner has been delinquent on his/her property for 2 or more years than a Tax Lien would have been placed on the said property. Therefore I have no list to give you.
