Tax Delinquent Property List, Absentee Owner List, and Probate List
Dear Elmer Borough,

- Absentee owners list
- Probate list
Preferably in a CSV file.

I received your request on Wednesday 3/6 and we should have relevant
records by the end of this week.
I wanted to confirm that by 'absentee owners list' you mean 'vacant
property list'?
Also, what do you mean by probate list? I believe it is a record you
would get from the County not a town.

Absentee Owner List - A list of property owners who do not reside in the property they own.
Probate List - A list of estates going through the probate process. Please let me know if you have this information or if I should check with the county on this matter.
