I am following up with you regarding the OPRA request submitted via email to Karen Ventura requesting delinquent tax/lien information for vacant land parcels. See attached. This report only contains a list of delinquent property tax/utility charges run by property class code 1 which is vacant land. There is no way to provide a report with all open liens on vacant land only that would reflect the amount due for the lien, so the second report is just a list of vacant land parcels with open liens.
