Dear Anonymous,
As per your OPRA request dated September 7, 2023, attached you will find
the current property record card on file in the Assessor’s Office for
Block 62 Lots 4.01 and 4.01 QFARM (1262 Bear Tavern Road). There are no
exemptions or deductions applied to this property. However, as a
qualifying Farmland Assessed property, 9.33 acres of the property are
assessed at a reduced value (see second property record card).
