Attached are the Health Department records for 160 Pleasant Valley Road,
Block 52, Lot 75. These are the Health Department records only, further
documents may be coming depending on the scope of the request.
If this inquiry is in anticipation of an upcoming real estate transfer,
please be aware of Hopewell Township’s requirements for reviews by both
the Fire Safety and the Health Department. Failure to file applications
in a timely manner may delay your closing.
